BOOKING POLICY

THE POLICIES LISTED BELOW ARE IN PLACE TO ENSURE THAT ALL OF OUR GUESTS RECEIVE THE MOST HOSPITABLE AND EFFICIENT SERVICE THAT WE ARE CAN PROVIDE.

Reserve a Roast Duck

  1. We Limit ONE Roast Duck per table. Reserved Roast Duck couldn’t be transferred or combined to another table.

  2. Chang’an Roast Duck should be reserved at least one day in advance due to the complicated procedure. Please call us to check the availability of the roast duck for the same day reservation. We may arrange the duck for you if there is another reservation canceled. 

  3. We will send you text message to confirm the duck reservation. To ensure the best quality and taste, your roast duck could be canceled if you don’t reply the confirming message or if you arrived over 30 minutes late for your reservation,

  4. Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to adjust the Roast Duck serving time or cancel the Reserved Roast Duck.

Reserve a Private Room (Private Zone)

We have 3 private rooms of which capacities are 6-8 people, 8-10 people and 12-12 people. The largest room can hold 24 people if we put 3 round tables in. the whole dining zone reservation is also available. Please call us at 949-324-5558 to get more information and make a reservation.

  1. There is a minimum consumption requirement of $150.00 per person for the private rooms on non-holidays and $200.00 per person on specific holidays. The minimum consumption doesn’t include tax, drinks and gratuities. The 2-12years children we require half of the minimum consumption.     

  2. We require at least 6 people to book the private room. We accept the private room booking for less than 6 people only if the minimum consumption equals or greater than 6 people.  

  3. We will unfortunately have to limit your dining experience to 2 hours on weekend and holidays.

  4. To ensure the dining experience, we highly recommend to pre-make the menu in advance if you reserved a private room. Please don’t hesitate to call us, we will be more than happy to help you with the ordering.

  5. We may cancel your private room booking or transfer it to non-private table if you are 30 minutes late. All the guests must be present to enter the private room.

  6. We require deposit for the private room booking. Deposit is not refund if the customer no-show or cancelled within 24 hours prior before the reservation.

Reserve Seafood

  1. We offer freshest live seafood including lobster, turbot fish, king crab, dungeness crab, miniatus grouper etc. in the restaurant. Please call us to reserve the live seafood.  

  2. Price of live seafood depends on the market.

  3. Pre-order of the king crab and Miniatus Groupers requires deposit.

  4. The Live Seafood is not returnable once preordered.

Allergies and Dietary

Please indicate any dietary restrictions when making your reservation. If you have very severe allergies or a combination of restrictions, please contact us directly to confirm whether we’re able to safely modify your menu.

Corkage Policy

  1. We charge corkage fee for wines and champagnes. $30.00 per 750ml bottle.

  2. Alcohol past 20% abv and beers are not allowed to bring to the restaurant.

Late Seating Policy

We are holding your reservation for 15 minutes past your reserved time. Seating beyond the 15 minutes grace period cannot be guaranteed. If you do anticipate a delayed arrive, please contact us as soon as possible at 949-324-5558 to adjust your reservation.
